Using measuring glass pour the required amount of pure drinking water of room temperature into the cup of the Device. The amount of water should correspond to your age and state of health (see detailed instructions).

If you need to perform vapotherapy with essential oils, insert the container for essential oils into the internal container of the Device. This container is not used during breathing exercises!

Put the cover tightly onto the internal container.

Put the internal container into the cup and press the cover so that it closes the cup tightly.

Put the respiratory tube on the cover socket. Insert the mouthpiece into the free end of the respiratory tube.

Take a comfortable posture - sit, lie or lie down with face and chest raised a little and begin exercising following the instruction.
