Guidelines have been developed based on the results of the studies into the use of the inhaling Device at clinical, medical and scientific centers, including Russian Scientific Center for Restorative Medicine and Balneology of the RF Ministry of Public Health, Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport and Tourism, at the Department of Therapeutic Physical Training, Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy of Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry, at the Scientific Center for Clinical and Experimental Medicine in the city of Novosibirsk.

The methodological Guidelines allow determining differentiated programs for breathing control with the individual simulator inhaler depending on the peculiarities of the patient's body, its adaptation capabilities and physiological reserves.

In the period between 10 July 2004 and 25 August 2004 clinical trials of a sample of individual simulator inhaler (hereinafter "the Device") submitted by Dinamika Co., Ltd were held at Scientific Center of Clinic and Experimental Medicine, Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Medical Science. Dinamika Co., Ltd submitted for the trials the following: the Device, Technical Certificate, Directions for use (Guidelines), Certificate (no. 030661/4 of 28 June 2004) on toxicological tests of the Device, conducted at Novosibirsk Scientific Institute of Hygiene, supervised by the Russian Ministry of Health, and Record of Clinical trials, conducted at Siberian Scientific Research Institute, Center of Medical Technologies, no. EGIT

Clinical trials of individual simulator inhaler (hereinafter "the Device") were held at Medbiokstrem center, KB No. 85, department of functional diagnostics and physiotherapy, under general supervision of the Russian Ministry of Health. The Device was submitted for evaluation

Report on conditions to use individual simulator inhaler for health restoration

Clinical research for Individual Simulator Inhaler was conducted at Moscow State University of
Medicine and Dentistry, Department of Exercise Therapy, Sport Medicine and Physiotherapy;
exact location: City Clinical Hospital no. 15. We tested 37 people, of which 21 females and 16
males. All the test persons had different forms of respiratory diseases, including acute, subacute,
and remission forms. The diseases included acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma,
pneumonia, dystonia of hypo- and hypertonic types.

Clinical trials of a testing model of individual simulator inhaler (hereinafter "the Device") supplied by Dinamika Co., Ltd, Russia, Novosibirsk, were held in City Perinatal Center in the period between 15 July 2004 and 26 August 2004. For trials supplied: the Device, Technical Certificate, Directions for use (Guidelines), toxicological tests report (conducted in Novosibirsk Scientific Institute of Hygiene supervised by the Russian Ministry of Health; resulted in Certificate no. 030661/4 of 28 June 2004), and Record of Clinical trials, conducted at Siberian Scientific Institute Center of Medical Technologies, no. EGIT 94.0000.291 of 12 July 2007. There was also used Protocol no. 1 of the Committee for New Medical Devices supervised by the Russian Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, at the Department for Tests and Apparatuses, Applied in Pulmonology and for Gaseous Exchange Research, Gas Analyses, and Blood Gases.
